Bonobo started under the name Larenius & Partners. A niche agency within community development and industry. The idea was simple: to recruit better, you need to understand the industry, the business, and the day-to-day reality behind the role.

Almost nine years later, we know it was true. We are faster and more accurate today because we've been doing this for a long time. We know the roles, the projects, and the people.

Still the same core.

We started in search, and that's still our foundation. But as our clients have grown, so have we. Today, we also work with Branding, Executive Search, and Talent Acquisition. Not to expand our services, but because our clients need it.

It doesn't sound like magic, and it isn't. It's industry expertise, relationships, and a way of working we believe in.
